Not only does this 100-cup stainless steel coffee pot look great, but it also makes a terrific tasting pot of coffee! Many compliments from our parishioners! Thank you for your timely delivery of this product as it was used for our "coffee and doughnuts" social hour this past Sunday! All is good and everyone is happy!

Used for an event of 100 people and had no issues. Took 50 minutes to brew 100 cups. Easy to assemble and use.

We got this coffee maker in March and after 7 months of use it is broken. There is a small plastic ring on the main stem that holds the brewing basket up that has broken off. So now the brewing basket slides all the way to the bottom instead of staying at the top to allow the hot water to flow through the coffee grounds..

I have always borrowed someone's coffee urn and finally decided to spend the money and buy one myself. I used 3 coffee bags at first and should have used 4, the instructions do not give you any advise as to how much coffee to brew or how much time it takes to perk. I did a trial run just to be safe. I used 4 of the big bags of coffee and it take over an hour to perk (not a surprise to me because a 24 cup takes an hour) but everyone said the coffee tasted great and I used every bit of coffee that was brewed in the urn. Very happy, I've only used it twice so hopefully it has a good life span.
